In this course, students will learn the most important topics of Microsoft Office 2003. They will first learn about essential computer concepts, using Windows XP and file management. Next, students will be presented with a quick review of the Office Suite, an overview of Outlook components and Internet Explorer. Following these introductory concepts, students will learn more advanced skills for Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel; each application is covered in four units. Finally, students will learn how to integrate Office documents in three units that follow the Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint sections. Students will also develop their keyboarding skills while emphasizing both accuracy and speed.
